At St Paul’s Lutheran Primary School, we are committed to preparing our students for a future enriched by technology. Since 2010, we have integrated a one-to-one iPad program for students from Prep to Year 6, fostering responsible and effective use of digital tools in learning.
For students in Years 1 to 6, we operate a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program, allowing families to select iPads that best suit their needs. We recommend choosing iPad models compatible with the latest iPadOS updates. Students in Years 1 to 4 should opt for models with a minimum of 64GB storage, while those in Years 5 and 6 should consider models with at least 128GB.stpaulslps.qld.edu.au
It’s important to ensure that headphones are compatible with the chosen iPad model. Please note that Bluetooth headphones or keyboards are not permitted for NAPLAN testing for Years 3 and 5 students. Additionally, each iPad should be housed in a protective case and clearly labeled with the student’s name.stpaulslps.qld.edu.au
