At St Paul’s Lutheran Primary School, the wellbeing of every student is at the heart of all we do. Our Pastoral Care Program supports students spiritually, emotionally, socially, and academically—helping them feel safe, valued, and connected.

Grounded in Christian values, pastoral care is woven into daily school life through positive relationships, a nurturing environment, and a strong sense of community. We are proud to have a chaplain on-site, offering additional support and guidance to students and families as they navigate challenges and grow in faith.
Through classroom support, peer connections, staff guidance, and dedicated wellbeing initiatives, we walk alongside each child on their journey. When students feel cared for and confident, they thrive-and that’s what we aim to foster every day at St Paul’s.
